6. Events and Third Parties

PARTHEON provides a platform for discovering events. We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of event information provided by organizers
  • The quality, safety, or legality of events
  • The actions of event organizers or attendees
  • Any disputes between users and event organizers

7. Intellectual Property

PARTHEON and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Partheon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use PARTHEON will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

PARTHEON is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PARTHEON and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our services.
